-

-
Card details can be updated in the portal, but payment date changes are not possible.
Key differences from Long Term Payment loans
-
Not a regulated credit agreement — customers receive generic T&Cs and a bespoke payment schedule by email. Section 75 and Financial ombudsman rights do not apply to these loans
-
Complaints - if you have cause to complain about any aspect of your Short term payment loan we will follow the same process as we do for long term payments of 12 months+ however as short term payment loans are unregulated you do not have the right to refer these complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) following our final decision to uphold your complaint or not.
-
Payments are taken by Continuous Card Payment, not Direct Debit.
-
Everything else operates the same as Long Term Payments.
