Returning items bought with STP
Start a return in the EE app, via the returns page, or call 0800 079 0323.
Once EE accepts the return, the loan will be automatically cancelled.
Glow will update your loan balance and confirm if a refund is due to your original payment method
if you have purchased multiple products and return some, but not all then any refund will be applied to the loan balance first
