Eligibility
To apply for an STP loan, you must:
Be a UK resident for at least 3 years.
Be aged 18 or over.
Have valid photo ID (passport, full/provisional driving licence, or EU ID card).
Have a UK debit or credit card for the first payment and subsequent recurring payments.
Application process
STP is available at checkout for eligible products.
Choose 3, 6, or 9 monthly repayments.
EE Finance (Glow) pays EE directly — no funds are transferred to your bank account.
Credit checks
3-month loans: Soft credit check — not visible to other lenders and does not affect your credit score.
6- or 9-month loans: Hard credit check — visible to other lenders and may affect your credit score.
