At EE Finance, we want to make sure that your repayment plan is realistic and affordable for you. Sometimes we may ask you to complete an Income & Expenditure form so we can better understand your financial circumstances.
This helps us treat you fairly, avoid placing you under unnecessary pressure, and agree a repayment plan that works for your situation.
Situations where we may request this form
We may ask you to complete an Income & Expenditure form if:
You tell us you are experiencing financial difficulties (for example, illness, bereavement, loss of employment, reduced income).
You ask us to change your contracted repayment terms (such as lowering payments, taking a break, or extending the term).
You are struggling to meet your current monthly repayments and need our support to set up a new payment plan.
You are working with a debt management company or another lender who has prepared a budget, and you would like us to take this into account.
We need to review your account because there are signs that your repayments may not be affordable.
How the information is used
We use the information in your Income & Expenditure form to:
Understand your household budget and essential commitments.
Assess what level of repayment is affordable for you.
Ensure any new repayment arrangement is sustainable and fair.
We will never use this information for any other purpose.
