I am experiencing financial difficulties, how can you help me?

At EE Finance, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may sometimes find it difficult to keep up with your loan repayments. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we are here to support you.

How we can help

We want to work with you to get your account back on track in a way that is realistic and sustainable. Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to:

  • Help with arrears management — for example, spreading arrears repayments over a few months alongside your normal payments.

  • Consider deferring arrears to the end of your loan term.

  • Offer tailored payment plans if your loan has become unaffordable or your circumstances have significantly changed.

  • Review your situation if you are experiencing financial difficulties or other life events that may impact your ability keep up with your payments such as such as illness, bereavement, or sudden unexpected change in your circumstances.

In most cases, we will ask you to complete an affordability assessment (Income & Expenditure form). This allows us to properly understand your financial circumstances and make sure any new repayment plan is fair and affordable for you.
