Review your situation if you are experiencing financial difficulties or other life events that may impact your ability keep up with your payments such as such as illness, bereavement, or sudden unexpected change in your circumstances.
In most cases, we will ask you to complete an affordability assessment (Income & Expenditure form). This allows us to properly understand your financial circumstances and make sure any new repayment plan is fair and affordable for you.
